Week 1: UV Resin Jewellery
Kids will learn how to create small, colorful jewellery pieces like pendants, earrings, and charms using UV resin. They’ll experiment with adding glitter, dried flowers, or small trinkets to make unique wearable art.
Week 2: Poured Resin Art
Explore fluid resin techniques on small canvases or wooden boards. Kids will mix and pour colored resin to create abstract art, experimenting with marbling, swirls, and effects for beautiful, glossy pieces.
Week 3: Resin Sheets with Printed Tissue
This week introduces the technique of embedding printed tissue designs into resin to create stunning translucent sheets. Kids can use the resin sheets later for projects like bookmarks, collages, or decorations.
Week 4: Resin Coasters
Learn how to pour resin into silicone molds to make custom coasters. Kids can embed materials like glitter, pigments, dried flowers, or colored stones, resulting in functional and beautiful pieces.
Week 5: Resin Geodes and Faux Crystals
Kids will create stunning resin geodes or faux crystal art. Using molds or freeform techniques, they’ll combine colored resin, glitter, metallic pigments, and crushed glass or stones to mimic the natural beauty of geodes and crystals. These pieces can be used as decorative art, coasters, or small display items.
Week 6: Resin Collage Art on Wood Panels
Kids will combine printed tissue, paint, and embedded items like beads, stones, or natural materials to create a layered collage on wooden panels. A clear resin pour over the artwork seals and enhances the layers, giving a beautiful, glossy finish.
