Kina Hoop Earrings

Description

These lovely Kina Hoops are coloured with powdered glass before being shaped and formed on the blowtorch. 

Once cool, the glass is coldworked and popped into my tumbler with a handful of black sand from Piha Beach to give that lovely sea-glass look. 

Because my earrings are handmade, the size of the Kina’s in these earrings varies from 12-15mm in diameter, and they are hung on 20mm sterling silver hoops.
